| 背面描述 | The reverse is dominated by a bold vignette of a male peasant figure in the act of sowing grain, striding to the right with a seed bag at his side. A circular hand-stamped seal appears at the left, with the large numeral '50' and abbreviated denomination 'CENTS.' set to the right in heavy type. The issuing authority legend runs across the top border in capitals. |

| 备注 |
Manzanares is a town in Ciudad Real province, La Mancha, and like hundreds of Spanish municipalities during the Civil War, its local council was forced to produce its own fractional paper currency after Republican authorities requisitioned metallic coin for the war effort. The 1937 date places this squarely in the period of acute small-change crisis, when centimos coinage had effectively vanished from everyday trade and municipalities printed their own solutions.
These local emergency emissions varied wildly in print quality and surviving quantities. Gari's cataloguing of this series remains the authoritative reference precisely because central records were either never kept or destroyed.
