备注	Lucena del Cid, a small Castellón municipality, issued fractional emergency currency during the Spanish Civil War under the same Republican decree that authorized hundreds of local ajuntaments to produce their own small change when coins vanished from circulation entirely. The Generalitat Valenciana oversaw the framework, but production was strictly local — quality and materials varied enormously from one town to the next, and thick card stock like this was a common improvisation where proper banknote paper was unavailable. The Gari Mon catalogue leaves this issue unnumbered, suggesting documentation remains incomplete. Survivors are scarce simply because few were made and fewer were kept.
