| 备注 |
Herencia is a small municipality in the province of Ciudad Real, Castilla-La Mancha, and like hundreds of Spanish towns during the Civil War it resorted to locally issued fractional paper when coinage disappeared from circulation almost entirely after 1936. Hoarding, melting, and the general collapse of normal commerce stripped small denominations out of everyday use, forcing municipal councils — many of them with no banking infrastructure whatsoever — to print their own emergency scrip.
The Gari Montllor reference is unassigned, which is not unusual for minor Republican-zone municipal issues; many remain uncatalogued or were recorded only in regional studies. Survival rates for these wartime local emissions are unpredictable — some towns printed hundreds of thousands, others a few hundred.
