Reverse description The reverse of the host coin features a central raised circle containing the denomination 50 / CENTIMOS arranged vertically, applied as a counterstamp over the original design. This central device is surrounded by a laurel wreath tied at the base with a ribbon bow, with the legend AMERICA CENTRAL arcing along the upper periphery within a beaded border. The assayer initials G.W. and fineness designation 9 Ds appear in the lower field flanking the wreath, with a small engraver's mark visible at the base of the wreath.
