Obverse description The obverse is printed in brown on cream paper within a decorative rectangular border with guilloche-style ornamentation. A small vignette of a deer — the heraldic symbol of Cervera — appears at the upper left, beside the issuer name in large bold letterpress type. Three manuscript signatures appear at the bottom, beneath their respective role titles, with the serial number printed twice in red ink at upper right and lower left.

Reverse description The reverse carries a panoramic vignette of the town of Cervera viewed from the east, with a section of the medieval town walls in the foreground and the distinctive octagonal bell tower of the Church of Santa Maria rising above the roofline. The denomination "0'50" is printed at the upper left, with the control text of the Banc Hispano-Colonial below the vignette against a plain cream field.
