备注

Cantavieja is a small hilltop town in the Maestrazgo region of Teruel province, and in 1936 its Comité Antifascista was one of dozens of local Republican committees that issued emergency fractional currency when the Civil War severed reliable coin supply. These hyper-local emissions were produced in tiny quantities, often printed on whatever paper stock was available, with no central authority overseeing design or denomination choices.

Survival rates for Maestrazgo committee notes are low. The region changed hands repeatedly during the war, and most local paper was destroyed or lost in the process.
