Albudeite is a small municipality in the Murcia region of Spain, and like hundreds of similarly sized towns, it issued emergency paper money during the Civil War period when the Republic's coinage disappeared from circulation almost entirely — hoarded, melted, or simply gone. These local issues, known as billetes locales or moneda local, were produced under desperate improvised conditions, often on whatever paper stock was locally available, printed by whatever means the town hall could manage.
Gari Mon#64-A places this firmly within the documented Murcian issues, though surviving examples from villages of Albudeite's size are genuinely uncommon — small print runs, heavy local use, and no organized redemption.
