The issuer's title appears in a rectangular cartouche at the top centre, with the denomination '50 CENTIMES' in large red numerals dominating the centre field. Three manuscript signatures appear across the middle, assigned to Le Président, the Vice-Président (par délégation), and Le Trésorier, with a serial number and series letter between them. A decorative monogram cartouche with caduceus flanks is centred at the bottom. |
