| Obverse description | Yellow and red letterpress note with an ornate guilloche border enclosing two black intaglio vignettes: at lower left, the Gare des Bénédictins area with a public monument, and at lower right, the Limoges Hôtel de Ville. The issuer's title appears in a rectangular cartouche at the top centre, with the denomination '50 CENTIMES' in large red numerals dominating the centre field. Three manuscript signatures appear across the middle, assigned to Le Président, the Vice-Président (par délégation), and Le Trésorier, with a serial number and series letter between them. A decorative monogram cartouche with caduceus flanks is centred at the bottom. |
