| Obverse description | Blue-green letterpress note with a decorative border of wheat sheaves at the lateral margins and a fine guilloche underprint of repeated text reading CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE DE DIEPPE across the entire field. At the upper centre, a circular vignette bearing the arms of Ville de Dieppe is surmounted by a laurel wreath, flanked by two scrolled ribbon banners carrying the issuer's title. The denomination 0.50 CENTIMES appears in bold at centre, with a red overprinted numeral underprint, and two scroll cartouches at left and right carry the emission authority statements; signature lines for the Secrétaire Trésorier and the Président with manuscript signatures are at lower centre, above the serial number. |
