The issuer's title 'CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE DE CAHORS' is set in a decorative cartouche at the top, flanked by foliate vignettes, while the large denomination '50 CENTIMES' dominates the central field with the serial number positioned above it and '0.50' repeated on both lateral margins. Two manuscript signatures appear below, under the respective labels 'LE PRÉSIDENT' and 'LE TRÉSORIER', with the redemption clause and the date '1ER JANVIER 1915' running along the lower border. |

| 备注 |
The Chambres de Commerce emergency notes of 1914–1918 were a direct consequence of the French public hoarding metal coinage the moment war was declared — small change simply vanished from circulation within weeks of mobilization. Cahors, the prefecture of the Lot, was among the regional chambers authorized to fill that gap with locally printed bons de nécessité. Imprimerie Pierre Dumont in Limoges handled production for several southern chambers simultaneously, which occasionally causes confusion when notes from different issuers share closely related typographic layouts.
The JP# spread across 35.9 and 35.12–13 reflects distinct date or text variants rather than design changes — the violet frame and rose ground remained consistent across the sub-types.
