正面描述	Orange-toned note with a repeated text underprint of 'CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE DE BELFORT' across the entire field. A central intaglio-style vignette of a recumbent lion is flanked by two circular denomination cartouches each inscribed '50 CENTIMES', with the issuer's title and deliberation date of 21 December 1918 at the top. Series and serial numbers appear at lower left and right respectively, with the printer's imprint along the bottom margin.
