Reverse description The denomination numeral '50' appears prominently in the center of the field, accompanied by the cent sign, with the date struck above and the Mexico City mint mark 'Mo' positioned below. Surrounding the lower and lateral portions of the central device is a stylized decorative border derived from the Ring of Acceptance (Anillo de la Aceptación), a ceremonial motif from the Aztec Sunstone (Piedra del Sol) representing divine acceptance of sacrifice. The overall design is rendered in a bold, modern style consistent with the 1992 Mexican coinage reform series.
