A circular blue intaglio stamp at centre depicts a steamship and carries the legend 'BANCO NACIONAL ULTRAMARINO LISBOA'. The note is dated 'LISBOA, 3 de Novembro de 1914' and bears two manuscript signatures below the designations 'O VICE-GOVERNADOR' and 'O GOVERNADOR'. |
