Denomination 'CINCUENTA BOLIVIANOS' in bold letterpress across the lower centre.

A large central vignette displays an eagle with wings spread, perched on a ribbon scroll with an olive branch and arrows. Denomination numeral '50' appears in ornate circular cartouches at each corner, flanked by intricate rosette medallions. 'BANCO POTOSI' is inscribed in a banner at the top centre.
