Description de l’avers	Printed in violet, orange, and black, the obverse centres on a vignette of the Palacio de las Academias, with a portrait of Andrés Bello at right and a watermark zone at left. The upper portion carries the issuer legend BANCO CENTRAL DE VENEZUELA and the denomination in words CINCUENTA BOLÍVARES, with the payment clause PAGADEROS AL PORTADOR EN LAS OFICINAS DEL BANCO arching below; the numeral 50 appears in the upper corners and lower-left corner, while two further numeral 50 denominators are set over a black security underprint along the bottom margin.
