Obverse description Light-blue print; multicolor underprint; red serial numbers; black signatures. Bust of King Rama IX in the Royal House of Chakri gown front-facing, on the right. To the left, Emblem of Thailand (full-length figure of Garuda front-facing) on the top. Large denomination in Thai numeral in the center. Denomination in Arabic numeral on top-left corner. Eight-pedals-flowers arranged as braille number `5` (⠑) on the lower-right. EURion constellations on the top and bottom of center. Latent image `50`, visible when look from bottom-left to the center, on the bottom-left corner. 90-degrees rotated `50`, which upper half on obverse and lower half on reverse, printed perfect registration, on top-left corner. Multiple curved lines of repeating `50` in microtext to the lower-right of the main bust; two lines of repeating `50` in microtext below the latent image; repeating `50` in microtext along the left edge of watermark window. Main inscriptions, the top-right denomination and the braille devices are tactile.

King Naresuan with his sword leading his troops to beat the Burmese camp, the statue of King Naresuan at the Don Chedi Memorial compund, Phra Chedi Chai Mongkol located at Wat Yai Chai Mongkol, Phara Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. Emblem of Thailand (full-length figure of Garuda front-facing) on the top-left corner. Denomination in Arabic numeral on top-right corner; denomination in Thai numeral on bottom-left corner.
