Chữ khắc mặt sau	PROVINCIA DE JUJUY - TITULO PUBLICO AL PORTADOR EL GOBERNADOR DE LA PROVINCIA DECRETA: Articulo 1.- Disponese la emision de hasta la suma de CINCUENTA MILLONES DE AUSTRALES (A 50.000.000,00) de titulos de la deuda publica, autorizada por Ley No 4422.- Articulo 2.- Regiran a este respecto las normas y reglamentaciones complementarias que se dicten.- Articulo 3.- El Ministerio de Economia propondra al Poder Ejecutivo, de acuerdo con las necesidades de financiamiento, las autorizaciones de circulacion de titulos de la deuda publica dentro del maximo establecido en el articulo 1.- Articulo 4.- Con arreglo a lo dispuesto en el Articulo 64 inc. f) e i) de la Ley de Contabilidad, autorizase la contratacion directa con la entidad impresora Sociedad del Estado Casa de Moneda, para la realizacion de los titulos correspondientes a la emision autorizada y conforme los requerimientos que se prevean en virtud del articulo 2. A esos efectos, comisionase al senor Secretario de la Representacion Oficial del Gobierno de Jujuy en Buenos Aires para que con intervencion de Fiscalia de Estado y ad-referendum del Poder Ejecutivo realice las gestiones administrativas tendientes a la celebracion del contrato pertinente.- Articulo 5.- Las erogaciones que demande el cumplimiento del presente Decreto, seran atendidas con las partidas que al efecto se determinen del Presupuesto en vigencia.- Articulo 6.- La fecha de caducidad de los titulos emitidos por el presente Decreto sera el 11 de octubre de 1990, segun lo establecido por Ley Nacional No 23658.- Articulo 7.- Previa toma de razon por Fiscalia de Estado y Tribunal de Cuentas, comuniquese, publiquese -en forma sintetica- dese al Registro y Boletin Oficial, tomen conocimiento Poder Legislativo, Poder Judicial, Municipios y pase a Contaduria de la Provincia y Direccion Provincial de Presupuesto a sus efectos.- DECRETO No 7221 (Translation: PROVINCE OF JUJUY - PUBLIC BEARER TITLE / THE GOVERNOR OF THE PROVINCE DECREES: Article 1: The issue of up to FIFTY MILLION AUSTRALES (A 50,000,000.00) in public debt securities is authorized under Law No. 4422. Article 6: The expiry date of the securities issued under this Decree shall be October 11, 1990, as established by National Law No. 23658. DECREE No. 7221)
