Надписи оборотной стороны	PROVINCIA DE JUJUY - TITULO PUBLICO AL PORTADOR EL GOBERNADOR DE LA PROVINCIA EN ACUERDO GENERAL DE MINISTROS DECRETA: Articulo 1.- Disponese la corrección monetaria por inflación de hasta la suma de CINCUENTA MILLONES DE AUSTRALES (A 50.000.000,00) de la emisión de títulos de la deuda pública autorizada por el Decreto-Acuerdo No.3997-H-86, Decreto-Acuerdo No. 5203-H-87 y Decreto-Acuerdo No. 704-E-88.- Articulo 2.- Regirán a este respecto las normas de los Decretos No. 3997-H-86, No. 4002-H-86, No. 4072-H-86, No. 4165-H-86, No. 4167-H-86, No. 5203-H-87 y No. 704-E-88 y las demás reglamentarias y complementarias que no se opongan al presente.- Articulo 3.- El Ministerio de Economía propondrá al Poder Ejecutivo, de acuerdo con las necesidades de financiamiento, las autorizaciones de circulación de títulos de la deuda pública dentro del máximo establecido en el artículo 1.- Articulo 4.- Con arreglo a lo dispuesto en el Artículo 54 inc. l) e l) de la Ley de Contabilidad, autorizase la contratación directa con la entidad impresora Sociedad del Estado Casa de Moneda, para la realización de los títulos correspondientes a la emisión autorizada y conforme los requerimientos que se prevean en virtud del artículo 2. A esos efectos, comisiónase al señor Secretario de la Representación Oficial del Gobierno de Jujuy en Buenos Aires para que con intervención de la Fiscalía de Estado y ad referéndum del Poder Ejecutivo realice las gestiones administrativas tendientes a la celebración del contrato pertinente.- Articulo 5.- Las erogaciones que demanden el cumplimiento del presente Decreto-Acuerdo, serán atendidas con las partidas que al efecto se determinen del Presupuesto en vigencia.- Articulo 6.- Previa toma de razón por Fiscalía de Estado y Tribunal de Cuentas, comuníquese, publíquese -en forma sintética-, dése al Registro y Boletín Oficial, tomen conocimiento Legislatura de la Provincia, Superior Tribunal de Justicia, Municipios y pase a Contaduría de la Provincia a sus demás efectos.- DECRETO-ACUERDO No. 4359 (Translation: Province of Jujuy - Bearer public bond The Governor of the province in general agreement with the ministers decrees: Article 1: The monetary correction for inflation is authorised up to the sum of Fifty Million Australes (A 50,000,000.00) from the issuance of public debt titles authorised by Decree-Agreement No.3997-H-86, Decree-Agreement No. 5203-H-87 and Decree-Agreement No. 704-E-88. Комментарии	Jujuy's provincial austral issues of 1986 belong to a peculiar chapter in Argentine fiscal history. With the national government unable to guarantee liquidity to the provinces under the Plan Austral — itself only launched in mid-1985 as a shock therapy against hyperinflation — several provinces resorted to printing their own quasi-money, technically redeemable obligations rather than legal tender. Jujuy was among them. The fact that Casa de Moneda in Buenos Aires printed these provincial notes is worth pausing on: the same federal press producing national currency was simultaneously contracted to print the instruments that implicitly undermined it.
