Aanvullende informatie

Rwanda has no native crocodile population to speak of, which makes this issue part of a broader pattern of Rwandan silver bullion releases designed explicitly for the collector export market rather than any domestic monetary function. The National Bank of Rwanda has leaned heavily into this niche since the early 2010s, licensing exotic wildlife themes that neighboring countries with actual crocodilian habitats have largely ignored.

KM#230 continues the long-running Crocodile series, now well into its second decade of annual releases.
