| Obverse description | At center, the Mongolian national emblem (Soyombo), comprising the Soyombo symbol surmounted by a flame, flanked by two rearing dragons and encircled by a radiating sunburst, all rendered in high relief against a mirror-polished field. The denomination '50 000' appears in the upper legend in Traditional Mongolian script to the left, with 'MONGOLIA' running vertically at right.
