An ornate cartouche inscribed 'САНКТ-ПЕТЕРБУРГ' is positioned below the architectural vignette at centre-left, with a large numeral '50 000' in brown to the right. A multicolour guilloche rosette panel occupies the right third of the note, and the denomination in Cyrillic runs in large letterpress along the lower edge.
