| Obverse description | Typographically printed Gutschein on cream-toned paper with a pink guilloche underprint at centre; the denomination '50 000' appears in large bold numerals at the top flanked by two crossed-hammer mining emblems beneath the arched heading 'GUTSCHEIN', with the value in words 'Fünfzigtausend Mark' rendered in heavy blackletter script below. The lower portion carries a redemption text naming the August Thyssen-Hütte Gewerkschaft and associated Gewerkschaften Friedrich Thyssen, Lohberg, and Rhein I., dated Hamborn, 15. 8. 1923, with two manuscript signatures beneath. A serial number in blue is printed vertically along the left margin. |
