| Obverse description | The obverse features a central raised circular cartouche depicting Pha That Luang, the iconic gilded Buddhist stupa of Vientiane, rendered in fine relief against a mirror-polished field. The legend 'Bank of the LAO PDR' arcs along the upper portion of the cartouche in Latin script. The surrounding annular field is decorated with a boldly textured snake-scale pattern in high relief, evoking the theme of the series. In the lower portion of the field, outside the cartouche, appear the Moscow Mint monogram (ММД), the fineness mark 'Ag 925', the denomination '50 000 Kip', and the date '2025'. |
