Descrizione del dritto Purple, green and light brown tones over a multicolor underprint; a vignette of guitarist and composer Agustín Pío Barríos 'Mangoré' holding his guitar occupies the center, with the face value rendered in combined numerals and letters at upper and lower left and in numerals at center right. The issuer name appears at upper right, a vertical security thread is positioned to the right of center, and a see-through register element in the form of a guitar is placed at lower left; the two official coats of arms flank the denomination panel on the lettered face. Paraguay's 50,000 Guaraní denomination was introduced in response to sustained inflation that had progressively eroded the purchasing power of lower notes — by the time this series circulated, 50,000 Guaraníes represented roughly ten US dollars, a sum that would have been unthinkable in nominal terms to earlier generations. Oberthur Fiduciaire, the French security printer absorbed into the FNMT-RCM group in 2018, produced the note before that acquisition changed the plant's commercial identity.

The security package here is modest for the denomination — thread, see-through register, and serials without foil elements or color-shifting ink, which places it below the feature threshold common for high-value notes from comparable regional issuers in the same period.
