A circular legend around the periphery reads HUNYADI JÁNOS KORMÁNYZÓ 1446–1452 ARANYFORINTJA, identifying the subject, his title, years of governance, and the gold florin denomination. The composition closely echoes the iconography of the original 15th-century Hunyadi ducat issue. |
