| Obverse description | Printed in dark green on a light green guilloche underprint of repeating 'BL' cipher rosettes, the obverse carries the issuer title 'Landkreis Bonn' and 'Gutschein über' in Gothic blackletter at the top, centred above a bold, ornately framed numeral '50' with 'Millionen Mark' beneath in matching type. A vertical left-hand panel in Gothic script states the note's validity across the entire Regierungsbezirk Köln and its expiry date of 1 April 1924, with the series and serial designation positioned at the upper right. The lower right contains the redemption and acceptance conditions text block, dated Bonn, 25 September 1923, countersigned by the Kreis-Ausschuss Bonn with a manuscript signature of the Kreis-Deputierter. |
