| Reverse description | The reverse is printed in dark brown on a plain salmon-orange ground and enclosed by a continuous border of spiral guilloche rosettes with corner medallions. A large watermark-style underprint of the text "Fünfzig Millionen Mark" in outline Gothic lettering fills the centre of the field, with the numeral "50.000.000" in bold upright figures below it, flanked by dot separators. A vertical right-side panel repeats the numeral "50.000.000" in large white characters within a decorative guilloche column matching the obverse, and the printer's imprint "SCHAAR & DATHE A.G., TRIER." appears in small type at the bottom centre. |
