The Narodna Banka Srpske Republike Bosne i Hercegovine issued an extraordinary range of hyperinflationary denominations during 1993, and this 50,000,000 dinar note is among those that were prepared but never formally released into circulation. The Bosnian Serb monetary authority was operating under severe wartime constraints, printing notes in rapid succession as inflation rendered each series obsolete almost immediately after preparation.
Pick 150 exists in collector hands, almost certainly from remainder stocks rather than any formal distribution.
