Reverse description The reverse depicts a dynamic equestrian figure — a mounted knight or royal patron rendered in the style of a medieval fresco — occupying the left portion of the bimetallic centre, shown in full gallop with lance raised. To the right, within the same centre field, a detail of the chapel's interior Byzantine-Ruthenian fresco painting is reproduced, showing saintly figures in an arched architectural setting. The design evokes the 14th-century Gothico-Byzantine mural paintings for which the Holy Trinity Chapel at Lublin Castle is internationally renowned. The copper-nickel outer ring bears the inscription 'KAPLICA TRÓJCY ŚWIĘTEJ' along the upper arc and 'NA ZAMKU LUBELSKIM' along the lower arc.
