The eagle faces dexter and bears no shield on its breast, consistent with the republican arms of the Second Polish Republic. The circular legend RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA arcs around the upper periphery, while the date 1925 is inscribed in the lower field beneath the eagle's talons. No mint mark is present, and the rim bears no decorative device, distinguishing this trial strike from other known varieties. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse depicts an allegorical scene commemorating the Polish Constitution of March 1921: a crowned, robed female figure personifying Poland, seated on a throne-like plinth, extends a scroll inscribed KONSTYTUCJA toward a standing young armored knight who receives it with both hands. At lower left, a sheaf of grain and a sickle symbolize agricultural prosperity. The entire central composition is enclosed within a beaded inner circle of 81 beads. The denomination legend PIĘĆ ZŁOTYCH appears in the lower exergual area, flanked on each side by the numeral 5. |

The March Constitution commemoratives of 1925 were struck to mark the fourth anniversary of Poland's 1921 constitution — the document that formally structured the reborn republic after over a century of partition.
