| Obverse description | Centrally positioned is the Polish White Eagle (Orzeł Biały), the national coat of arms, displayed facing front with wings spread and crowned, rendered in high relief. The eagle bears a shield on its breast and displays detailed feather work characteristic of the interwar Polish heraldic style. The circular legend RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA (Republic of Poland) runs around the upper periphery in Latin script. The date 1936 appears in the lower exergual area, flanked by decorative stops. |
