Reverse description The reverse presents a high-relief figural composition depicting a male fisherman standing facing left, clad in working attire and headscarf, pulling a weighted fishing net with both hands. The figure is modelled in a dynamic, Socialist Realist sculptural style by Józef Gosławski, conveying labour and industry. To the right of the figure, the denomination 5 ZŁ is rendered in large, bold numerals and letters occupying the upper right field. The word PRÓBA, denoting trial or pattern status, appears in the lower right field in smaller incuse lettering. The designer's initial G is visible in the lower left field.
