Obverse description	Printed on pink paper with a decorative border of repeating ornamental chain motifs framing the entire note. At the top, a script inscription reads the series designation followed by the resolution date, with the title 'Bilet Skarbowy' rendered in italic script flanking a central vignette of the Polish royal eagle and crossed anchors emblem. Denomination numerals '5' and 'PIĘĆ' appear in framed boxes at either side of the vignette, below which a lengthy letterpress text in Polish script sets out the payment obligation of the National Treasury; large watermark letters 'B' and 'S' are visible in the lower field, above two handwritten manuscript signatures and a serial number in an oval cartouche.
