备注

The Central Bank of China's 1935 series marked a decisive moment in Republican monetary policy — the fabi reform of November 1935 severed the yuan's link to silver and consolidated note issuance among four government-controlled banks, of which the Central Bank was the senior authority. This note was part of that restructured currency system, replacing a chaotic mixture of provincial and foreign bank issues that had fragmented Chinese commerce for decades.

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing in Peking produced the series domestically, a deliberate break from the earlier dependence on foreign printers such as De La Rue and the American Bank Note Company.
