Beschrijving voorzijde The obverse features the colored national arms of Tajikistan centrally positioned in the field, depicting a crown surmounted by seven stars above a rising sun, flanked by sheaves of wheat and cotton branches, all bound with ribbons in the national colors of red, white, and green enamel. The legend ПАНҶ СОМОНӢ (Five Somoni) arcs prominently across the upper field in large Cyrillic characters. The lower field bears the inscription БОНКИ МИЛЛИИ ТОҶИКИСТОН (National Bank of Tajikistan) along the rim, flanked by bullet separators, with the date 2010 and fineness notation Ag 925 and weight 31.1 also inscribed in the field.

Beschrijving keerzijde The reverse depicts a dynamic relief of a mounted warrior dressed in traditional Central Asian attire, riding a galloping horse across the field from left to right, rendered in high relief against a mirror-polished background. To the left of the central design appears the colored logo of the Eurasian Economic Community (EurAsEC), consisting of a stylized emblem in blue, yellow, and gold enamel, accompanied by the Cyrillic inscription ЕврАзЭС. The legend ДУШАНБЕ (Dushanbe) is inscribed in large Cyrillic characters along the lower field, identifying the host city of the commemorated summit.
