| Obverse description | Brown and olive intaglio print on cream paper; the Jamaican coat of arms in a circular vignette at upper left, flanked by lateral underprint panels of sugar cane and banana plantation workers. A central oval vignette presents an engraved view of a tropical waterfall framed by elaborate guilloche scrollwork. A right-facing portrait of King George V in military uniform occupies a circular medallion at upper right, with serial numbers printed in black at centre-left and centre-right; the Island Treasurer's manuscript signature appears above the lower marginal text band. |
