Reverse description Central device depicting the royal arms of Bhutan: two highly detailed mythological dragons (druk) face each other symmetrically, their sinuous bodies encircling a central dharma wheel (dharmachakra) rendered in high relief. The dragons rest upon a stylised lotus base at the lower field. An outer ring of Dzongkha script frames the upper portion of the design, while the Latin legend ROYAL GOVERNMENT OF BHUTAN arcs around the lower periphery, separated by dots from the denomination 5 SERTUM at the right.
