| Reverse description | Large numeral '5' dominates the central field, with the denomination legend SENITI inscribed along the lower periphery and the issuer name TONGA arching across the upper portion. Four six-pointed stars are arranged symmetrically around the numeral — one above, one below, and one at each lateral position — evoking the Southern Cross constellation. Two detailed olive or palm fronds flank the central device on either side, curving inward in a wreath-like arrangement. The entire design is contained within a beaded border consistent with the obverse. |
