The angel extends its right hand forward, holding a lily flower, in the gesture of the Annunciation. The Rome Mint mark R appears in the left field, with the engravers' signatures D. CORNELL and L. DE SIMONI INC. inscribed along the lower periphery. The legend ANNUNCIAZIONE curves along the upper border, and the denomination 5 SCUDI is inscribed in the lower exergual area. |
