Reverse description The Imperial Russian double-headed eagle displayed in the centre of the field, each head surmounted by a crown and the whole ensigned by a third larger crown above. The eagle's wings are spread and the breast bears the shield of Moscow. The sceptre and orb are held in the talons. The design is enclosed within a beaded inner border, with the Cyrillic legend arranged around the periphery giving the dual denomination and date, separated by ornamental floral stops.
