| Obverse description | The obverse features the Lion Capital of Ashoka, the national emblem of India, depicted centrally with three lions passant visible atop the Abacus, which bears the Dharma Chakra flanked by a bull and a horse in relief. Immediately below the capital, the national motto 'सत्यमेव जयते' (Satyameva Jayate) is inscribed in Devanagari script.
