| Obverse description | The obverse features the Lion Capital of Ashoka, the national emblem of India, depicted in high relief at the centre, with four Asiatic lions back-to-back surmounting the Abacus adorned with a Dharma Chakra flanked by a bull and a horse in the frieze.
