A crescent and star vignette appears within a circular medallion at the upper right, flanked on the left by a large Urdu numeral '5' set within an ornate scalloped cartouche. Urdu text inscriptions are arranged centrally, with the issuer title at the top and the denomination and payment obligation below, while a secondary numeral '5' appears at lower centre amid the fine-line guilloche work.
