| Obverse description | A classical female bust vignette occupies the upper centre of the note, set against a lightly printed guilloche background in blue-green tones. The denomination numeral '5' appears in each upper corner, with Cyrillic text reading 'РАЗМЕННЫЙ ДЕНЕЖНЫЙ ЗНАК' arched across the top and 'ТАШКЕНТСКА ГО ОТДЕЛЕНИЯ ГОСУДАРСТВ. БАНКА' below.
