The Provisional Government of Autonomous Siberia was an unstable political formation that existed within the broader chaos of White movement administration in the Russian Far East and Western Siberia. By 1919, multiple competing authorities — Kolchak's All-Russian Government, regional Siberian bodies, and various Cossack administrations — were each issuing paper with little coordination and less backing.
