| Opmerkingen |
The North Caucasian Emirate existed for less than a year — proclaimed in September 1919 under Uzun Haji, it collapsed when the Red Army swept through the region in early 1920. Currency issues from this period were as much political declarations as functional instruments, produced in desperate haste by a state that never fully controlled its own territory.
P#S471 is among the rarer Caucasian civil war emissions precisely because the issuing authority disintegrated before significant quantities could enter real circulation.
