| 备注 |
This note was issued to mark the 25th anniversary of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, proclaimed in September 1990 during the dissolution of the Soviet Union — a declaration that preceded a brief but bloody war with Moldova in 1992. Transnistria has remained a de facto independent state since, unrecognized by any UN member. The commemorative 5 Rouble denomination is nominal; the note had legal tender status within the territory but no practical spending value.
The printed date of 30 April 1945 is not an error — it commemorates the Soviet victory and is part of the note's thematic design, not a production date.
