A vertical guilloche band bearing the inscription "GABRISNOTE" runs along the left border, with a rosette watermark device visible at the far left. The right half carries the Slovak inscription "PÄŤ ROKOV OBČIANSKEHO ZDRUŽENIA ZBERATEĽOV GÁBRIŠOVIEK" in bold lettering, while a small blue inset vignette with microtext appears in the upper right corner. The lower left bears the phrase "AJ VĎAKA VÁM. ĎAKUJEME!" in blue text.

OZZG — the Slovak collectors' association built around the personal-issue fantasy notes of Matej Gabrís — produced this piece to mark its fifth anniversary. Gabrís designs and issues his own denominated "Gábrišovky" as a private collecting hobby turned organized phenomenon, unusual enough that it spawned a formal membership society. The anniversary note is less a banknote than a commemorative artifact for that community.

The watermark is a notable touch for a privately produced paper piece — most comparable collector fantasy issues skip security features entirely.
