| Reverse description | The reverse features a textured background imitating the weave of a traditional mengkuang mat, against which seven iconic images and motifs drawn from the three Malaysian circulating coin series are arranged. These include the Parliament Building from the first coin series; the wau (kite), rebana (drum), and gasing (top) from the second coin series; and the Mah Meri motif and sulur kacang (vine tendril) from the third coin series. In the lower left field, the commemorative legend 50 TAHUN PENGHASILAN DUIT SYILING is inscribed, with the numerals 5 and 0 stylised to resemble two coins in profile, underscoring the fiftieth anniversary theme. |
